A STARTUP ACCELERATOR FOR EVERYONE

At the inception of a new company idea there’s lots of energy and attention, and once the company can show commercial traction there are others willing to partner, but for much of the early stages it can be a lonely and thankless trough. I built an accelerator to focus on this very stage helping founders find one another, and surrounding them with mentors, advice, and lots of encouragement.

Over 7-figures in funding generated from over 30 public and private partners to power the program.

I wrote a curriculum from scratch including the things I wish I was told when I was starting my first company. I focused on brand, product design, go-to-market, and business development, with a heavy emphasis on the customer and the solution they’re looking for. The program has grown and evolved over the years and has been iterated a dozen times since then. I’m grateful for teammates like Amanda Findlay in particular for bringing her expertise and experience and a relational-approach to the program to really set it apart from others.

The 7-week program has quickly stood out in the ecosystem for being sector and stage agnostic, relational, and efficient. It has grown into 6 different courses emphasizing unique needs like physical AI, DEI founders, late-stage startups, a one-on-one coaching program, and a more advanced 12-week course involving over 30 mentors and domain experts. 

I’m grateful to share the curriculum got picked up by a regional college to count for Entrepreneurial Degree credits. Two of the programs have been nominated as best of tech coaching in the state. To date the course has graduated over 300 founders and now operates at a rate of over 100 new ventures each year. I grew this from inception to generate over $243M in direct, indirect, and induced economic value.
